Founder Story
Dr. Catina Pierre Alexander is the Founder & Principal Grant Consultant of Classy Teacher LLC. She brings 25 years of professional experience, including 20 years in education and 10 years of grant writing and grant management experience, helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their capacity and secure sustainable funding.
Throughout her career, Dr. Alexander has developed more than 100 grant proposals, contributing to over $8 million in awarded grant funding while serving nonprofit organizations, schools, and community-based organizations. Her expertise spans funding strategy, proposal development, post-award grant management, strategic planning, organizational development, and capacity building.
