Classy Teacher LLC provides grant consulting, grant development and management, strategic planning, organizational development, training, coaching, workshops, memberships, and digital resources for nonprofits, educational institutions, municipalities, faith-based organizations, community organizations, and mission-driven businesses.

Descriptions on this website are general in nature. A separate proposal, scope of work, service agreement, or checkout disclosure may contain engagement-specific terms, including deliverables, timelines, and payment obligations. Classy Teacher LLC provides professional consulting services designed to strengthen organizational capacity and improve funding competitiveness. However, because grant-funding decisions are made by independent funding agencies, Classy Teacher LLC does not guarantee the award of any grant or funding opportunity.

Funding decisions, eligibility determinations, application deadlines, review criteria, and award conditions remain entirely under the control of third-party funders. We cannot control or predict a funder’s decision, priorities, available funds, or process changes.

Information on this website and general consulting or training materials are provided as educational and professional-development resources. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, or accounting advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional retained for your specific circumstances.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and data.
• Reviewing drafts and submissions before they are filed or sent.
• Meeting internal deadlines needed to satisfy funder deadlines.
• Obtaining any required internal, board, or partner approvals.
• Making all final organizational decisions, including whether to submit an application.

• Prices shown on this website may be listed as starting prices; final scope and pricing may vary based on the engagement.
• Payment obligations and schedules will be disclosed before purchase or set out in a written agreement.
• Consulting deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Clients remain responsible for authorized charges, applicable taxes, and all payment obligations they incur.
• Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting Classy Teacher LLC first to resolve a billing concern.

• Memberships renew automatically at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout until canceled.
• The recurring amount, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be clearly displayed before you authorize payment.
• By completing checkout, members authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided.
• Members may cancel at any time through the available customer portal or by emailing info@classyteacherllc.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
• Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued.
• Material changes to membership pricing or terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund. Consulting project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Workbooks, templates, downloads, training materials, videos, written content, and other resources are licensed — not sold — for the purchaser’s personal or internal organizational use only. They may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, republished, distributed, uploaded to shared repositories, or used to create competing products or services without our prior written permission.

The website, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, workbooks, templates, methods, frameworks, training materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Classy Teacher LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a written agreement.

Confidential client information received during a paid consulting engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and our legal obligations. Submitting a website inquiry, by itself, does not create a fiduciary, attorney-client, or other protected professional relationship.

You agree not to:

• Access the website or its systems unlawfully or without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the website or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content without permission.
• Introduce malicious code, malware, or harmful files.
• Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Use the website or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Stripe, Calendly, calendar services, videoconferencing services, and other external websites or platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that content will be complete or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Classy Teacher LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding, lost data, or lost business opportunities arising out of or relating to the website or our services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classy Teacher LLC from reasonable claims, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your infringement of another party’s rights, information you provide that is false or misleading, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or to specific services for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risks, or misuse, subject to any applicable service agreement and applicable law.

You consent to receive service-related communications from us electronically, including by email. You agree that electronic records, notices, and agreements satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing, where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any signed proposal or service agreement, form the entire agreement between you and Classy Teacher LLC regarding the website and services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
